Departures from O Grove and Island of La Toja

Mussel boat tour with tasting

The mussel boat trip departing from O Grove and Island of La Toja includes all-you-can-eat mussels, washed down with wine, water or soft drinks.

Discover the Arousa Estuary

Our catamarans offer you the chance of an unforgettable Mussel Route trip along the Arousa estuary. Departures are from O Grove Port or the island of La Toja and the journey lasts approximately 60-70 minutes.

Along the way, you’ll see how important fishing, shellfishing and aquaculture really is in the Arousa estuary, the largest and most abundant in Galicia.

We’ll visit the mussel, oyster and scallop farms, while watching the fishing boats at work. We’ll also use the glass viewing panels to observe the seabed and the fish that live beneath these farms.
